Head coach Bob Boughner said Tuesday that Gabriel (undisclosed) is day-to-day, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Boughner believes Gabriel has a chance to play in Wednesday's game against the Golden Knights, so it's not too serious of an injury. The 27-year-old has played a rugged role over the last six contests, recording 28 hits and 21 PIM.
