Jeff Baker and Josh Hamilton were never teammates, but the current Ranger just robbed the former Ranger with a great sliding catch in Anaheim:
The most impressive part of the catch was how far Baker had to range to get there. He was way over in left-center originally. Also love the effort to get the ball back to the infield quickly from the seat of his pants.
Now the bad news: Baker was hurt on the play and left the game immediately. He was favoring his right leg/ankle/foot and was able to walk off the field under his own power. Great catch, unfortunate injury.
