Neal Cotts, Jason Frasor prime candidates to be traded

Rangers relief pitchers Neal Cotts and Jason Frasor are the players with the best chance of being traded by the team before the trade deadline, MLB.com reports.

Both pitchers are free agents at the end of the season, and the Rangers will be using the second half to evaluate young talent as they sit far back in the American League West. Cotts is 2-5 with a 3.65 ERA, while Frasor is 1-1 with a 2.86 ERA.
