  • Dodgers' Logan Bawcom: Back with Dodgers

Bawcom signed a minor-league contract with the Dodgers on Thursday, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

Bawcom will return to the Dodgers organization, where he spent the entirety of the 2018 season. The 30-year-old will report to extended spring training and then be assigned to either Double-A Tulsa or Triple-A Oklahoma City depending on need. Bawcom threw 61 innings in Tulsa and 38.2 innings in Oklahoma City last year and will continue to serve as minor-league depth.

Bawcom appeared in 47 games at the Triple-A level last season, posting a 3.31 ERA over 70.2 innings of relief split between the Athletics' and Padres' organizations. He will begin the 2018 campaign with Triple-A Oklahoma City, which is where he spent a majority of the 2016 season, starting 12 games and serving as minor-league depth for Los Angeles.

  • Athletics' Logan Bawcom: Signs minor-league contract with A's

Bawcom signed a minor-league contract with the Athletics on Thursday.

Bawcom will report to Triple-A Nashville and has an outside chance at a late-season roster spot with Oakland. The 28-year-old had a 2.70 ERA and 1.37 WHIP with 54 strikeouts over 53.1 innings for Triple-A El Palo this season, and has yet to make an appearance in the majors.

  • Logan Bawcom: Released by Padres

Bawcom was released by the Padres on Wednesday, Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reports.

Bawcom has posted decent numbers at Triple-A El Paso this season, including a 2.70 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP over 53.1 innings in relief, but finds himself on the move for the second time this year. The right-hander signed a minor-league deal with the Padres this offseason after posting an impressive 1.92 ERA over 31 appearances (12 starts) for the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate last season, so he should be able to latch on elsewhere. Bawcom has yet to appear in a major-league game.

  • Padres' Logan Bawcom: Signs minor league deal with Padres

Bawcom signed a minor league contract with the Padres on Friday, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports.

Now 28, Bawcom is coming off his finest professional season. The right-hander managed a 1.92 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 89 innings for Triple-A Oklahoma City -- in the very tough pitching environments of the Pacific Coast League. There was nothing in the report about a spring training invite, so Bawcom figures to open 2017 in the minors, but there would seem to be a path for Bawcom given the lack of talent in the Padres' rotation.
