Blue Jays starter Mark Buehrle is not a member of the playoff roster, but he hasn't decided to retire yet, Stephen Whyno of The Canadian Press reports.

Buehrle received the starting nod Sunday in a salute to his efforts for the team and the potential end to his 16-year career, but was unable to finish on a high note, as he was bombed for eight runs (all unearned) while recording just two outs before he was pulled.

Though he won't take the field in the postseason, Buehrle is apparently not ready to call it quits just yet as he approaches free agency. It seems more likely than not that the 36 year old is done, but he'll wait to see what offers are out there this winter before he reaches a decision.
