A popular discussion about the folklore of basketball history is often about the concept of the ultimate Big Three. It's been a popular trend in the NBA since LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh teamed up in Miami for a couple of titles. We saw Carmelo Anthony, Amar'e Stoudemire, and Andrea Bargnani try it in New York. And we've seen it in the past with trios like Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman in Chicago or Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, and Robert Parish in Boston.

But if you could put any three players in NBA history together, what would be your ultimate Big Three? For Allen Iverson, that answer is simple. Give him Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal and you could put just about anybody in the backcourt with him (assuming MJ moves to small forward). He says that team would go 82-0. That's what he told Bleacher Report:

Your all-time Big Three?

"Wow," he says dreamily. "Me, Mike and Shaq." He looks at me. "We'd go 82-0 even with you in the backcourt."

Having Iverson and Jordan alongside each other gives you two of the greatest scorers of all-time. Jordan, Iverson, and Shaq are currently first, seventh, and 20th on the all-time scoring average list. Jordan is fourth for all-time total points. O'Neal is sixth and Iverson sits at 23rd, so you know this team could score. You're also throwing together seven MVP awards, 10 championship rings, and nine NBA Finals MVP trophies.

Plus, we've seen what the warm-up routine would be between Jordan and Shaq during an All-Star Game or two:

I'm guessing Phil Jackson gets to be the coach of this team and We'll just slot Eric Snow and Tyrone Hill into the starting lineup, as well. 82-0? I guess it's not the craziest thing ever floated out there as a possibility.
