The first game of the first-round series between the Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trail Blazers takes place on Easter Sunday. The Warriors, who came within one win of repeating as world champions last season, enter the playoffs as the overwhelming favorite once again. But they've got to get past the gauntlet that is the Western Conference first -- and that road starts with the Blazers.

Here's how, when and where you can catch the series-opener on Sunday.

Viewing information

Time: Sunday, April 16, 3:30 p.m. ET

Where: Oracle Arena, Oakland, California

TV: ABC

Highlights: Last season the Blazers and Warriors met in round two of the playoffs — a series the Warriors won in five. The major difference this time around? The prohibitive favorites have added Kevin Durant to their offensive arsenal. Durant averaged 25.1 points and 8.3 rebounds per game this season and figures to be the key to the Warriors title hopes alongside Steph Curry and Klay Thompson.
