During the NBA season, Klay Thompson and DeAndre Jordan are rivals as the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers have engaged in some spirited battles in the past few years. Yet now for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, they are teammates on Team USA and share the common goal of going for the gold medal.
But the quick transition from competitors to teammates, surely takes some getting used to. At least that's the case for Thompson, who offered up a begrudging happy birthday for Jordan on Thursday:
Definitely not the most loving birthday wish Jordan has likely ever received yet it definitely is the most honest one.
