Report: Saints sign Tim Hightower; release Seantavius Jones, Opurum

The Saints reached a contract agreement with running back Tim Hightower on Monday, reports NOLA.com.

To make room for Hightower, the team parted ways with wide receiver Seantavius Jones. The team also waived fullback Toben Opurum and added OL Mike McGlynn.
