Serie A's second matchday will see struggling Juventus host Empoli on Saturday after both teams failed to win on Matchday 1. Juve blew a 2-0 lead against Udinese to kick off the season, while Empoli fell 3-1 to Lazio with the Roman club scoring all of their goals in the first half. Another failure to win will put even more pressure on a Juventus team in transition after Cristiano Ronaldo's abrupt departure.

Here's are storylines, how you can watch the match and more:

Juventus: Well, it's the start of a new era. With Cristiano Ronaldo agreeing to rejoin Manchester United on Friday, the new look Juve side will play its first game without the superstar on the roster in three years. But could it be addition by subtraction? The team has been so reliant on Ronaldo that now without him, perhaps we get to see this team shine with guys like Paolo Dybala and Alvaro Morata in attack. The team certainly loses something when it comes to ability in the air, but younger, fresher legs could lead to a more exciting brand of soccer. Saturday will be our first test.

Empoli: The defense needs so much work, and this will tell us if the week's training had them prepared or not. When under pressure, their spacing in the box has to be better. They have to mark tighter but also have a bit more caution. Expect them to do fairly fine in the air when it isn't from a set piece, but they may struggle in reacting to quick passing at the top of the box. A draw would be a great result here.
