Who's Playing

Sacramento State @ No. 17 Arizona

Current Records: Sacramento State 3-2; Arizona 5-0

What to Know

The Sacramento State Hornets will head out on the road to face off against the #17 Arizona Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday at McKale Memorial Center. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.

The Hornets can't say they have nothing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving week. They had enough points to win and then some against the UC Davis Aggies on Tuesday, taking their matchup 75-63.

Meanwhile, Arizona didn't have too much trouble with the Michigan Wolverines on Sunday as they won 80-62. Four players on the Wildcats scored in the double digits: center Christian Koloko (22), guard Bennedict Mathurin (16), forward Azuolas Tubelis (13), and guard Dalen Terry (13). Terry hadn't helped his team much against the Wichita State Shockers last Friday, so this was a nice turnaround for him. Dalen Terry's points were the most he has had all season.

The Hornets are the clear underdogs, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. Those who got lucky with them against the spread on Tuesday might want to hold off on placing bets this time since the squad has yet to string together back-to-back wins against the spread.

Sacramento State is now 3-2 while the Wildcats sit at 5-0. A pair of numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: Sacramento State has only been able to knock down 39.50% percent of their shots, which is the 42nd lowest field goal percentage in college basketball. Arizona's defense has more to brag about, as they they have been holding their opponents to a field goal percentage of 31.80%, which places them second in college basketball. So the cards are definitely stacked in their favor.
