What to Know
The Trinity Christian Trolls are 0-4 against the Valparaiso Brown and Gold since November of 2015, but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit Saturday. The Trolls are staying on the road to face off against Valpo at 7 p.m. ET Nov. 27 at Athletics-Recreation Center. The Brown and Gold will be strutting in after a win while Trinity Christian will be stumbling in from a defeat.
There's no need to mince words: Trinity Christian lost to the Illinois-Chicago Flames last Tuesday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 91-50.
As for Valpo, they have more to be thankful for after their matchup against the Tulane Green Wave on Wednesday. Valpo came out on top in a nail-biter against Tulane, sneaking past 68-64.
Trinity Christian's loss took them down to 0-1 while Valparaiso's victory pulled them up to 2-4. A win for the Trolls would reverse both their bad luck and Valparaiso's good luck. We'll see if Trinity Christian manages to pull off that tough task or if Valpo keeps their momentum going instead.
