Francisley Bueno activated from disabled list Sunday

Royals pitcher Francisley Bueno was activated from the disabled list Sunday.

Bueno is dealing with a finger injury. He was able to get through a rehab assignment with no issues. Bueno tossed one inning with the club prior to the injury.
