Ramos was added to the Red Sox spring training roster Thursday, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.
Ramos spent time at three different levels last season with the highest level being Double-A. This is seemingly a short-term addition, and he'll likely head back to the minors before Opening Day.
