Garcia signed a major-league deal with Cincinnati on Wednesday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.
The 24-year-old was non-tendered by the Rays in early December, but he was able to receive another big-league opportunity. Garcia gave up four runs over 3.1 innings last season and had a 5.77 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 45:26 K:BB over 39 innings during the 2019 campaign.
