Duncan (knee) returned to action in Saturday's 121-103 win over the Rockets, but was held without a point (0-3 FG) for the first time in his 19-year career. He collected four rebounds and two assists in 14 minutes.
Duncan, who had missed the Spurs' previous three games -- one for rest purposes and the other due to a sore right knee -- wasn't particularly aggressive on the offensive end, which was just fine for San Antonio while the shots were falling for Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, and David West. The future Hall of Famer had previously scored at least one point in his previous 1,359 contests, marking the most consecutive games with a point of any NBA player to begin his career.
