Wizards' Jordan Goodwin: Reaches deal with Washington

Goodwin agreed Friday with the Wizards on an Exhibit 10 contract, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

The deal will allow the Wizards to retain the undrafted rookie from Saint Louis' G League rights in the likely event he fails to make Washington's 15-man roster coming out of training camp. As a senior for the Billikens in 2020-21, Goodwin was one of the top rebounding guards in the country. The 6-foot-3 Goodwin appeared in 21 games and averaged 14.5 points, 10.1 boards, 3.9 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.0 three-pointers in 33.1 minutes.
