The Bears signed Jackson to a contract Monday, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson is a former USC teammate of Chicago's new franchise quarterback Caleb Williams, and his father appeared in five games for the team back in 1996. Now, Jackson gets his own opportunity to develop with the Bears and potentially earn a practice squad spot.
