Jackson is re-signing with Denver, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jackson became a free agent when the Broncos declined to pick up his $10 million contract option for 2021. He'll stay in Denver nonetheless, slotting in next to Justin Simmons for one of the better safety pairings in the NFL -- both with top-10 PFF grades in back-to-back seasons. The soon-to-be 33-year-old Jackson was a 16-game starter in 2020, recording 89 tackles (67 solo), four pass defenses and an interception while playing 99.5 percent of Denver's defensive snaps.
