The Broncos promoted Marshall to the active roster Monday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
According to the report, the Cardinals attempted to lure Marshall away from Denver's practice squad, forcing the Broncos' hand. He'll take the roster spot vacated by Shamarko Thomas and will likely be used on special teams.
