Willies (knee) was waived from the reserve/retired list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Willies dealt with a knee injury prior to being placed on the reserve/retired list in July. Now apparently healthy, Willies is free to sign with another team if he decides to come out of retirement.
