Ward caught each of his two targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 20-16 win over the Football Team.
Ward made just one catch in the first half, but his 27-yarder on the opening drive of the third quarter set up Boston Scott's second touchdown just four plays later. After several weeks of single-digit snaps, the 26-year-old Ward's playing time has trended back upward in two of the last three weeks, as has his involvement in the offense. He could be on tap for even more work in Week 18 against the Cowboys since both teams are already assured of playoff spots and may rest their best players.
