Jarrett was waived by the Jets on Monday after signing Friday, Ethan Greenberg and John Pullano of the team's official site report.
The quarterback recorded 2,989 yards, 32 touchdowns and seven interceptions at West Florida last season. Jarrett also finished with 372 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
