Stoops signed a contract with the Rams on Thursday.
Stoops had a successful senior campaign that saw him finish No. 2 in the Big 12 Conference with 84 receptions and 10 receiving touchdowns, while also ranking fifth in receiving yards with 962. Despite this, the Sooner went undrafted, but he'll now have an opportunity to earn a spot with the Rams.
