McIntosh was claimed by the Saints on Thursday, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports.
After getting cut by the Giants, McIntosh was scooped up by the Saints and will fill a depth role for their defensive line. The former fifth-round pick by the Giants didn't play a single game in 2020. The defensive end will likely see minimal reps at practice behind Carl Granderson.
