Fuller (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Nathan Rauschenberg of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Fuller will miss Sunday's game against Arizona, meaning his season is also over. The Seahawks are likely to be down a few members of their offensive line for the matchup, though Fuller had served primarily in a depth role of late.
