Robinson cleared waivers but is currently still with Chicago, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
With Jason Dickinson (not injury related) missing the start of the year, Robinson will stay with the NHL club for now. The 31-year-old cleared waivers and is now eligible for reassignment to AHL Rockford.
