Brown (upper body) was activated from injured reserve Thursday, per CapFriendly.
Brown didn't play Thursday versus the Predators, but he should be available going forward. The 24-year-old has two assists and seven hits through nine games this season and would likely fill a bottom-six role once he returns to the lineup.
