Czarnik notched an assist in Friday's 4-3 win over the Ducks.

Czarnik didn't need long to make an impact with his new team, setting up a Ryan Donato goal two minutes into the first period. The 29-year-old Czarnik filled in as a bottom-six option for the Islanders before he was claimed on waivers by the Kraken on Tuesday. He's earned six points, 10 shots on net and a plus-6 rating through 12 appearances this season. His career high in points is 18 in 54 games with the Flames in 2018-19 -- don't expect him to be a frequent contributor on offense with the Kraken.
