Dineen was traded along with Nick Bjugstad to Edmonton from Arizona for a 2023 third-round pick and Michael Kesselring on Thursday.
Dineen has spent all season at AHL Tucson where he's picked up four goals and 35 points in 50 games. Dineen played 34 games with Arizona last season, his first in the NHL, picking up seven assists.
