Penguins' Dominik Simon: Ends cold spell with assist

Simon managed an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 3-1 win over the Jets.

Simon helped out on Danton Heinen's go-ahead goal in the third period. Prior to Monday, Simon had gone six appearances without a point while sitting out as a healthy scratch six times in that span. He had four points in the first five games of the year, but without a stable place in the lineup, the Czech winger doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy.
