Poulin was brought up from AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Monday, per the NHL media site.
According to Matt Vensel of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Poulin is slated to be a healthy scratch Monday against Toronto. The 23-year-old Poulin has been credited with two shots on goal, three blocked shots and five hits over three NHL outings this season.
