Mackey was called up from AHL Hartford on Saturday.
Mackey has two goals, eight points and 47 PIM in 28 contests with Hartford in 2023-24. Although he hasn't made his Rangers debut yet, Mackey's recorded four goals, 11 points and 70 PIM in 39 career NHL games.
