Fulcher was promoted from AHL Grand Rapids to the taxi squad Monday.
Fulcher has posted a 2-2-2 record with a 2.84 GAA and a .905 save percentage over seven appearances for AHL Grand Rapids this season. The 23-year-old has yet to make his NHL debut.
