Svechnikov (undisclosed) won't play Saturday versus the Islanders, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Svechnikov will have to miss at least one game with the injury he sustained versus the Kraken on Thursday. Martin Kaut, who was recalled Saturday, will take Svechnikov's place on the third line with Nico Sturm and Noah Gregor.
