Murray was reassigned to AHL Texas on Wednesday.
Murray was summoned by Dallas on Tuesday to serve as the backup goaltender in a 5-1 win over LA because Scott Wedgewood (lower body) was unavailable. Dallas might recall Murray before Thursday's road game in Philadelphia if Wedgewood ends up not being ready to return in time for that contest.
