Reds RP Manny Parra back to DL with biceps tendinitis

Reds relief pitcher Manny Parra is going back on the disabled list due to biceps tendinitis, the team announced.

Parra was activated from the disabled list on Aug. 4 after nursing a sprained left elbow injury.
