So much for the post-streak hangover.

The Miami Heat pounded the New Orleans Hornets on Friday night. In doing so, they clinched the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference. And in a season filled with so many amazing performances, LeBron James put on another show.

James scored 23 points in less than six minutes. No, for real.

So he's pretty good. That's six straight threes. James finished with 28 points in 20 minutes on 10-of-14 shooting.

In the first half.

After the game, coach Erik Spoelstra told reporters that all members of the Heat would be "day to day" for the rest of the season, letting everyone know some rest is coming. It's been an amazing regular season for the Heat. But they've got nothing left to play for (with no real reason to ensure Finals homecourt advantage with it so far out of their control). It's time to rest up because the real season, the playoffs, begin in three weeks.
