In CBS' last simulcast broadcast of Thursday Night Football for the 2014 season, the Broncos and Chargers delivered the ratings.

According to a network release, Denver's 35-21 victory vs. San Diego was the highest-rated and most-watched program in prime time for the week of Oct. 20-26.

The contest was watched by an average of 20.2 million viewers and received an average national household rating of 12.3.

And all of them got to see Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers do this.

For the rest of the season, TNF moves exclusively to the NFL Network.
