QB Chase Daniel said LB Curtis Lofton hit him harder than he had ever been hit before when Lofton, then at Oklahoma, crushed Daniel, who was with Missouri, during the 2007 Big XII title game. Daniel brought that up rather quickly when asked after Saints minicamp practice Wednesday morning after the two started a large scrum. The ruckus began after Daniel took exception to Lofton being too close to him during on a play during team drills.
