Report: Pat White agrees to terms with Redskins
According to USA Today, quarterback Pat White has agreed to a contract with the Redskins
With White meeting with the team Tuesday night, he’s expected to sign his contract Wednesday.
As CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora wrote earlier Tuesday, “White has the potential to get meaningful snaps in the offseason and during exhibition games,” because Robert Griffin III won’t be ready to return immediately with the devastating knee injury he suffered in the Redskins playoff loss last season.
For his career, he’s played in 13 games and rushed 21 times for 81 yards. White has thrown five career passes. He’s completed none of them.
