A trip to the NCAA Tournament could be on the line for Texas when it visits Kansas at 9 p.m. ET Monday. Kansas is favored by 10.5 points, up one from the opening line. The over-under, or total number of points Vegas thinks will be scored, is 141.5, up 1.5 from the open.

Before locking in your picks for this nationally televised battle, you need to see what SportsLine's advanced computer model is picking.

Last season, the model was an impressive 755-636-20 on its A-rated picks, returning $6,529 to any $100 player who followed it.

That wasn't a fluke, either. With the NCAA Tournament just around the corner, the model is heating up. In the biggest game over the weekend, it locked in a pick for Kansas (+2.5) against Texas Tech. The result: Kansas not only covered, but pulled off a 74-72 upset, giving the computer yet another big cash.

Now the model has simulated Texas vs. Kansas 10,000 times and locked in against-the-spread, over-under and money-line picks.

We can tell you the model is calling for 139 total points, clearing the under by 2.5. But its stronger pick is against the spread, locking in a selection that says one side hits almost 65 percent of the time. You can get that pick only over at SportsLine.

The model has taken into account that Kansas just locked up the Big 12 regular-season title thanks to a strong four-game win streak that culminated with that upset over the Red Raiders on Saturday.

Kansas (23-6, 12-4) still has a lot to play for, however, as the Jayhawks will try to sweep Texas and Oklahoma State this week to ride into the Big 12 tournament on a high note. If they can win out and run the table in the conference tournament, they'll be in play for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

But Texas has even more on the line.

The Longhorns are fighting for their postseason lives because they come into this game as one of the last four teams in the NCAA Tournament field, according to CBS Sports bracketology expert Jerry Palm.

It has been a disappointing season for Texas (17-12, 7-9) overall, but the Longhorns can go a long way toward salvaging it with a huge upset in Lawrence in the national spotlight.
