Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving was on hand at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday evening to watch his Duke Blue Devils take on No. 21 Florida. It's safe to say he was impressed with what he was seeing from true freshman Jayson Tatum in his second game on the floor for Duke.
After Tatum went back-to-the-basket and faked left to drop a fade-away from the wing, Irving couldn't resist showing some love.

Tatum had a little bit of everything working against the Gators. He dropped a cool 22 points on 7-of-11 shooting, and perhaps no prettier points than the fadeaway that earned praise from the former Duke star.
When you get a standing ovation from Kyrie Irving, you know you've done something right. Tatum knew he had a good night rolling -- but getting affirmation from a star of Irving's caliber only hammers home the point.
