    The NFL announced Wednesday that Harrell has been suspended for the 2021 season, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

    While on San Francisco's practice squad last season, Harrell served a six-game ban for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drugs policy. His latest suspension is most likely the result of another violation of the PED policy. The 49ers waived the tight end in April.
