Freeman was reassigned to minor league camp Wednesday, David O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Freeman signed on with the Braves over the offseason with the hope of competing for a major league roster spot, but giving up six runs in just one inning of action certainly ended those hopes. The left-hander does have some past major league success to his name, however, so he could find his way back to Atlanta at some point during the regular season.
