Rockies' Lucas Gilbreath: Contract selected

Gilbreath was added to the Rockies' 40-man roster Friday.

Gilbreath has worked in the lower levels of the Rockies' minor-league system since 2017, and he progressed to High-A in 2019. He'll remain a part of the organization going forward since he'll be protected from the Rule 5 draft.
