Shairon Martis signs in Taiwan

Former Nationals and Twins pitcher Shairon Martis has signed a deal to pitch in Taiwan, according to SB Nation.

Martin had two minor-league offers to pitch in MLB, but opted to take on a bigger role elsewhere. Martin posted a 5.35 ERA in 116 career innings.
