Springer (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Charlotte, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Springer was initially labeled as available for Monday's matchup, but the Celtics reversed course a few minutes later and ruled him out for a third consecutive game. His continued absence shouldn't impact the team's rotation.
