Knox was waived by the Jazz on Friday.
Knox was traded from the Pistons to the Jazz on Thursday, but he'll be let go by his new club a day later. He averaged 7.2 points and 2.4 rebounds in 18.1 minutes per game over 31 appearances with Detroit to begin the year, and it's unclear whether he'll land another contract to close out the regular season.
