Holmes (hip) will not play in Thursday's game against the Lakers.
Holmes will conclude the season having sat out the final three seeding games with a sore hip. He played only four healthy games in Orlando, posting averages of 9.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 0.3 blocks in 26.3 minutes.
